These events are lead by CVA and the Council with Co-Chairs in each locality. One Croydon are also working with the Kings Fund, with the aim of devolving power and authority to local people and communities. To that end, the Localities Commissioning Fund has now been launched, inviting bids from local VCS organisations responding to Local Community Partnership (LCP) priorities in their locality, and the shared outcomes adopted by Healthy Communities Together (HCT) - to maximise people’s independence and enable them to access support from the community and have better physical and mental health, wellbeing and overall quality of life.
